Returns & Exchanges
We are pleased to provide a return and exchange policy for our customers. To initiate a return or exchange, please review our terms and conditions for eligibility.
01 Return and Exchange Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within this period.
Please notice we are unable to refund original shipping charges when an item is returned.
02 Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- All returned or exchanged items must be in perfect, unworn, and original condition. This includes having all tags attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted as a return, they will be covered by our 2-Year Warranty Policy.
03 Exclusions
- Sale items, custom orders, and personalized jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
04 Free Returns
We are pleased to offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service team at alejandracorona.service@gmail.com to request a return shipping label and further instructions.
- Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include the packing slip.
- Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
05 Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- For exchanges, once we receive your return, we will process and ship the replacement item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the exchange to be processed.
06 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or repair, including free return shipping.
