All orders are handcrafted and shipped directly from our studio in Raleigh, North Carolina. We take great care in packaging your pieces to ensure they arrive safely and in beautiful condition.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Please allow up to 5 business days during sales, holidays, or new product launches.

Shipping Options

We currently offer domestic shipping via USPS and UPS. You may select your preferred shipping carrier at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or UPS Ground): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority or UPS 2nd Day): 2–3 business days

• Free Ground Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged mail.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused by shipping carriers.
