5- Year Warranty Policy
We proudly offer a 5-year limited warranty on all eligible jewelry purchases made at alejandracoronajewelry.com. This warranty covers craftsmanship-related issues and manufacturing defects, such as:
• Broken clasps or closures
• Faulty chains or earring posts
• Missing stones due to defective settings
• Repairs related to original design flaws
• Tarnish
If any of these issues arise within 60 months of your purchase date, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no cost.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (including fading, scratches or missing stones from daily use).
• Loss, theft, or accidental damage.
• Damage caused by improper care or misuse.
• Items that have been altered, repaired, or resized by another party.
• Items marked Final Sale or purchased during promotions, sales, or discount events.
