Returns & Exchanges Policy

RETURN POLICY

We are glad to offer a return and exchange policy to our costumers. If you would like to return your order, you have 10 business days to process a return. Please notice that we are unable to refund original shipping charges when an item is returned. Items must be returned with original packaging and unused condition. Items purchased through promotions or sales are final sale and non-refundable. We are only accept returns for items purchased through our website. 

Purchases made using PayPal can only be processed as a return. 

Purchases made at an authorized wholesaler you may refer to the store’s policy. Returns and exchanges must be made through the store of purchase.

Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a return or exchange please contact us at alejandracorona.sales@gmail.com with the following information: 

· Full name and phone number 

· Reason for the return/exchange 

· Photo of the item(s)

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping address information. Please notice that Alejandra Corona is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
