Lifetime Repair Policy 

(Applies only to handmade pieces)


We take pride in the quality, care, and attention that goes into every handmade piece created in our studio. Because each design is crafted with intention and made to last, we are proud to offer a lifetime repair policy exclusively for our handmade pieces.


What’s Covered:

If your handmade jewelry ever breaks, stretches, or needs a little love due to wear over time, we offer free repairs always. This includes:

• Restringing a piece that has come undone.
• Replacing or repairing a clasp.
• Tightening or reattaching components that have loosened.

We believe jewelry should be worn and loved, and we’re here to help make sure yours stays beautiful for life.

Missing Pieces:


If your jewelry is missing a component (like a charm, clasp, or bead), we’ll do our best to replace it. In these cases, a small material fee may apply, depending on the availability of the part. We’ll always notify you before any charges are made.

Please note that repairs do not cover completely missing pieces or stones that cannot be replaced, especially if the original design cannot be replicated due to unavailable materials.

Loved It to the Limit?


If you’ve worn your favorite piece to the point where it’s simply beyond repair like stretched, faded, or weathered from love and time. We offer a fresh remake of your piece at 50% off. This means we’ll recreate the original design from scratch so you can enjoy a brand-new version of what you once fell in love with.

Important Notes:

• This lifetime policy applies only to handmade pieces crafted in our studio.
• Pre-made or cast pieces, sale items, or third-party products are not eligible for this service.
• Shipping fees (to and from our studio) are the responsibility of the customer.
• All remake discounts must be approved with proof of original purchase.

How to Submit Your Repair


If you believe your handmade piece qualifies for a repair or you’d like to request a reconstruction of a well-loved, worn-down design, we’re here to help.

To begin the process, please email us at support@alejandracoronajewery.com with the following:

• Clear photos of the piece (include close-ups of the damaged area).
• A brief description of the issue.
• Your order number or proof of purchase.
• Whether you’re requesting a repair or a reconstruction at 50% off.

Once we receive your request, we’ll review the photos and confirm whether the repair is covered under our policy. If there is any cost involved (such as for missing components or shipping), we’ll provide a clear quote and next steps.
